If I have any questions about my order, who do I contact?
Send an email to orders@lifesatrip.com and make reference to your Invoice Number found on the Sales Order or call 888-731-1489.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Yes. Up until the time your order is ready to be shipped, you may contact us to change your order.
How do I tell if my order went through?
You will be sent a reply via email indicating your order was received. We will give you the status within 24 hours or less, on whether the items are in stock or on back order. If they happen to be on back order we'll do our best to give you a time frame when the items are likely to be shipped.
Can I return something I purchased online?
Absolutely! We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee or we will refund the price of the item excluding the shipping charges.
Is my credit card information and address secure?
Yes. We use state of the art SSL encryption technology authenticated through VeriSign®. We do not know your credit card number when you submit your order. In addition, we do not sell your personal information to outside companies. (See our Privacy/Security information)
Do you have discounts for corporate or volume sales?
Yes. In the case of a special corporate event, Life's A Trip will discount items beginning with a 10% savings for a minimum of one dozen of the same item. The more quantity ordered, the greater the discount. In order to receive this, you must contact Life's A Trip via email at info@lifesatrip.com or call toll free 888-731-1489 prior to placing the order. (See our Corporate Sales information)
When is my credit card charged?
We will charge your credit card only when the items ordered are in stock and ready for shipment.
Shipping
Our goal is to ship your items within 48 hours from the moment we can confirm your order. Standard ground shipping for domestic purposes or International shipping is via USPS or UPS, the choice is yours. Rates are subject to real time quotes and are based on their most current rates.
For security purposes, we will confirm billing information before shipping items on international orders.
