This handwoven raffia braid is spiraled and sewn to make a funky, friendly, crushable sunhat. Made from sustainably harvested raffia palm straw from the forests of Madagascar. It was inspired by famed artist Claude Monet who wore one similar while working in his garden. A leather chin cord holds the hat on or permits it to be worn at the back of the neck. Made in the USA.
