illumiNITE® is a patented retro-reflective technology applied to the surface area of the fabric. Millions of micro-particles called sataLITE Dishes reflect light back to the originating source. Unlike conventional reflective strips and trims, illumiNITE® can be applied over the surface area of a product to reflect back a silhouette profile that is easily recognizable. All KIVA PTG-1 products are constructed with illumiNITE® — for safety's sake, especially on darkened streets and other limited visibility situations.
KIVA's Guarantee of Quality. Every KIVA product comes with our guarantee that it will be free from material and manufacturing defects for the life of the product. If such a defect should appear, we will repair or replace the product (at our option) free of charge. Please call our Customer Service Department for prior authorization (800-645-8818), This guarantee does not cover damage caused by an airline or other common carrier. If such damage occurs in transit, we recommend that the consumer file a claim immediately with the responsible carrier.
